    Students are Encouraged by BJB to Watch a Film with Defend the Country as Its Theme

    BANDUNG-PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten, Tbk (Bank BJB) shows a real action in supporting a government program related to defend the country by inviting 5000 students to watch "SETERU" the movie in several cities such as in Bandung, Depok, Cirebon, and Bekasi.

    Bandung becomes the first city in the series of event 'watching together' a film that is made by Hanung Bramantyo a famous director. It is held in XXI Ciwalk (4/28). The event is not only attanded by the director and Yusuf Mahardika as the main actor, but it is also wathched by West Java Governor's wife, Netty Prasetyani Heryawan and other invited guests.

    "Seteru" is a national film that telling about a brawl that has happened for years between two high schools, so that it always leaves a grudge in every generation. The genre of the film is drama for teenagers. The film is starred by Mathias Muchus, Bio One, Yusuf Mahardika, and the winner of An Annual BJB Futsal Championship 2016. The setting is in Yogyakarta and Bandung.

    "Bank BJB hopes that the event of "Watching together" can be a positive step in educating Indonesian students about juvenile delinquency issues. Hopefully, the moral values can inspire students so that their potencies can be used postively," Senior Vice President of Coporate Secretary Division of Bank BJB Hakim Putratama said.

    Through the film, Directorate of Indonesia Defense, Directorate General of Defense Potential, Ministry of Defense with BJB Bank and Dapur Film intended to motivate the peace spirit among students so that the younger generation prefers to compete on getting achievement rather than holding grudges or revenge. It is also intended to spread love for motherland and spirit in defensing the country, especially for young people as the reflection of current conditions in the country about trust that is torn appart due to revenge and threat of disintegration.
