BANDUNG-PT Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) recorded a positive performance for the company's growth assets. As June 2017, its assets reached Rp 81.90 trillion or grew 13.72% higher than the same period last year.
Choirul Anwar, Director of Mandiri Syariah, said that the growth also occurred in financing, which has been disbursed as much as Rp 58.06 trillion.
"This is 10.16% larger than the same moment in 2016, which is worth Rp 52.71 trillion. This affects the profit-sharing margin, increase 14.05% or Rp 3.53 trillion," he said, Thursday (10/8).
So as the third party funds (DPK) reached Rp 72.30 trillion or 13.34% larger than the first semester realization of 2016 which amounted to Rp 63.79 trillion. So as net income of Rp 181 billion or 8% better than the same period 2016.
"The performance continues to be positive, showing that the sharia banking industry every year is always growing," he said.
