    Demiz Mentioned Motor Vehicle Tax Dominating Locally Generated Revenue of West Java

    BANDUNG-Locally Generated Revenue (PAD) of West Java Province is still dominated by Motor Vehicle Tax.
    This was disclosed by Vice Governor of West Java, Deddy Mizwar (Demiz) after attending Plenary Meeting on Regional Budget Draft (APBD) West Java Province Budget Year 2018 in West Java Parliament building, Diponegoro Street Bandung, Monday (18/09/2017)

    Demiz said that in 2018, the Provincial Government (Pemprov) of West Java will increase infrastructure development such as for the construction of toll road consisting of Bocimi, Cisundawu, Double decker toll, LRT and other project work that is KCIC. In addition, West Java provincial government will add to the provincial roads along 100 km in 2018.

    "Of course it will increase in the use of APBD for this toll road, because we will add toll roads for 100 km longer," said Demiz.

    West Java provincial government, said Demiz in the future will continue to provide funding for City / Regency Government to build road infrastructure with ideal division.

    "The funding is pretty good at 70:30, maybe even the best in the whole province in terms of financial aid," Demiz said.

    Meanwhile, asked about the absorption of West Java budget. The veteran actor in the role of General Naga Bonar revealed, so far West Java provincial government has managed to absorb the budget about 90 percent.

    According to him, the use of the budget is used effectively and efficiently. So there is no problem for accountability, financial management.

    "It's not a problem, the important is budget used effectively and I think the absorption of our budget has been more than 90 percent," he concluded. (MAT)
