BANDUNG-Ministry of Public Works and People's Housing (PUPR) requested a change of section 5 Legok-Ujung Jaya Cileunyi Sumedang Dawuan Toll (Cisumdawu).
West Java Regional Secretary Iwa Karniwa said the request of the Director General of Highways (Bina Marga) of the Ministry of PUPR was officially attached in a letter of land acquisition planning document in order to determine the location of the Cisumdawu Toll road construction last September on his side. "Special section 5 there is a shift," he said in Bandung.
According to him, this change is done after the ministry evaluates the Cisumdawu Toll design from section 4-6. Changes related to the addition and subtraction of the number of villages passed by the project. "From the evaluation result, there are five villages added from initially only one village in Sumedang Regency, then there is also the reduction of two villages in two sub-districts," he said.
Iwa claimed to have followed up this request by holding a technical meeting between West Java Provincial Government, Cisumdawu Unit Works and Toll Road Enterprises that will conduct land acquisition in section 3-6. "For the change of trace later the Office of Settlement and Housing will review this for follow-up," he said.
According to him, this trace change also affected the trajectories 4 and 6 but the changes that occurred in the two traces are confirmed Iwa is not so significant. The plan of this trace change will be included in the revision of the decision of the governor of West Java related Cisumdawu Toll blockers. "Section 3-6 will soon proceed because of this change of this trase must be completed immediately," he explained.
In addition to the change of trace, West Java provincial government also follow up two things related to land acquisition in sections 1 and 2. First the current Provincial Government will look for replacement land for Tanjungsari Sumedang Agriculture Vocational School in the section 2 phase 2 Rancakalong-Sumedang section. "Its letter of appointment of replacement land will come out after the location has been discussed," he said.
West Java provincial government will also soon send a letter of request for mutual land grants Institute of Internal Affairs (IPDN) under the Ministry of Home Affairs conducted to the Ministry of PUPR. "In principle, 60 hectares of land IPDN no replacement, but there needs to be mutual grants for the interests of Cisumdawu Toll section 1," he said.
If the process is completed then the target of completion of land acquisition for sections 1 and 2 in December 2017 can certainly be overtaken. Iwa ensures the government has prepared the fund for the release of land that will be disbursed gradually. "For section 1 with IPDN land, free land position alone has reached 67% meaning it can be construction," he concluded. (Even)
