    Aher Invites Companies in West Java Open Apprenticeship Program


    BEKASI CITY- West Java Governor Ahmad Heryawan (Aher) revealed in his welcome speech before the President, West Java Provincial Government continues to push the number of unemployed. One of the efforts, namely to invite companies, especially in West Java Province to take an active role and participate directly open an independent apprenticeship program, the apprenticeship program with the budget source of the company.

    "Apprenticeship is considered capable of improving the quality of Human Resources, adding insight and improving work skills, so it will be more easily absorbed in the job market.This step is also one effort link and match between the world of training with the world of work," said Aher in his speech.

    It was thus conveyed by the Governor of West Java in the event of Certificate of Competence of Participants of Apprenticeship in the Great Training Work Development Center (BBPLK), Jl. Guntur Raya No. 1, Kota Bekasi, Wednesday (27/12/2017).

    "Therefore, until now apprenticeship is still believed to be one of the most effective efforts to bridge the existing gap," he added.

    To that end, West Java Provincial Government is very supportive of the Central Government's efforts in the absorption of manpower through the submission of certificate of apprenticeship participants. This is a capital to work in the job market in accordance with the competencies they have.

    "Thus, job seekers have a good bargaining value and also from the eyes of the company, can recruit prospective employees as expected," said Aher.
