    West Java Always "Kahiji" in Achieving Budget Realization

    BANDUNG-West Java Provincial Government recorded the budget realization in 2017 of 95.77 percent. The realization of this budget has increased compared to the 2016 budget realization which reached 93.91 percent, where last year's absorption is the highest percentage in Indonesia.
     
    Based on records from the Regional Finance and Asset Management Board (BPKAD) West Java Province, the total volume of APBD Fiscal Year 2017 amounted to Rp34.715.558.011.749. Of the total, it can be realized amounting to Rp33.250.432.050.778 or 95.77 percent, and the remaining budget of Rp1.465.125.960.971.

    APBD West Java Province Budget Year 2017 increased Rp4.818.769.203.866 or about 1.87 percent when compared with the 2016 APBD amounting to Rp29.896.788.807.883.

    Responding to the financial realization report at the end of this year, West Java Governor Ahmad Heryawan (Aher) called this the best achievement as long as he served.
    "Alhamdulillah, the West Java Provincial Government is indeed extraordinary, they can escort the public service program by realizing the budget according to schedule and the planned scheme, last year with 93.91 percent uptake is already the highest in Indonesia, I think this year's achievement in 95, 77 percent will also enter the highest, "said Aher in Bandung, Sunday (31/12/2017).

    The other best achievement in financial governance is this year the provincial government can also re-set APBD 2018 on time, even this time followed by all municipal district governments in West Java can set on time, it shows the function of guidance and evaluation service APBD Kabupaten kota The Provincial Government can succeed perfectly. For local government entities, the timely determination of APBD with the opinion of the PAPs, is likely to get the Regional Incentive Fund (DID) from the central government.

    "I am also grateful that our financial managers have managed to oversee the timely APBD determination for the Provincial and Kabupaten of West Java, thus ensuring government spending on development programs and public services can begin in 2018," Aher concluded.
