SUKABUMI REGENCY- Daily Implementer of West Java Governour (Pj) West Java Governor H. Mochamad Iriawan visited to the southern part of West Java. On that three visits, the first location that Iriawan get is Geyser Cisolok tourism object which is included in Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu Unesco Global Geopark area.
Accompanied by the Head of Tourism and Culture of West Java Province Ida Hernida and Vice Regent Sukabumi Adjo Sardjono, Iriawan arrived at 17.00 Wib on Wednesday (01/08/2018), directly looking to the facilities to ensure the comfort of Geyser Cisolok visitors. Iriawan revealed, Geyser Cisolok has great potential that continues to be developed. Geyser that spewed up to a dozen meters of water vapor is only two in the world that is in Brazil and Geyser Cisolok in Sukabumi.
"This is an amazing place, its potential must be used and developed the only Geyser in Indonesia and there are only two in the world," he said.
Iriawan requested, because of Geyser Cisolok already entered in the area Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu Unesco Global Geopark, it means the world has been recognized world, then facilities, services and infrastructure must also be international standard.
"Because this is already global so the standard must be the world class," he pleaded.
During his visit, Iriawan once called tourists from Australia who were enjoying the Cisolok Geyser hot air. After that, he had the opportunity to dialogue with residents and some users of Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu Unesco Global Geopark who was waiting for him in the meeting room. For the sake of the progress of the Cisolok Geyser, Iriawan listened to the suggestions and tone of the citizens.
"Whatever is needed for this progress will be maximized," he said.
One of them, Dicky, representative of the Sukabumi Surfing Association who complained about the level of awareness of visitors who are still lacking in maintaining cleanliness. He also made it possible for a number of vehicles to carry garbage because all this time the officers only used vehicles to transport garbage to the landfill.
"We need wheeled vehicles to transport the garbage to the landfill because it is garbage like people and lawn mowers," said Dicky.
In addition, as a surfer, Dicky also often guides tourists from Australia to surf at Cimaja.
"I often take tourists, every time they are there, they often complain of cleanliness and the tour guide English proficiency," he said.
In response, Iriawan will follow up soon. he plans, it will help provide special wheels for special garbage transporters in the Cisolok Geyser. In addition, Iriawan has also asked West Java Kadisparbud to immediately open a tour guide training in order to learn Foreign Language.
