BANDUNG-Creative Economy Agency (Bekraf) organizes the Kreatifood themed exhibition at the Bandung City Link Festival (FCL), 4-6 October 2018.
Head of Administration Section of the Directorate of Domestic Market Development, Ferdiansyah, said that there are dozens of startups or beginners in the culinary field who will showcase their culinary creations to be better known by the public.
"This festival has been held since 2012, this year is held in the city of Bandung," he told reporters in Bandung.
Kreatifood was previously held in Surabaya, Medan, Palembang, Yogyakarta and Jakarta. The creativity held by Bekraf is to improve the culinary subsector by connecting culinary startup companies to the distribution and product marketing channels to further increase the possibility of investment and access to non-banking capital.
During the implementation of Kreatifood from 2012 to 2017, sales transactions have been obtained with a value of more than 1 billion rupiah.
"This year we hope that there will be more transactions. But the point is not that, we want to introduce this startup product to the community, to open the market," he said.
"To participate in this event, startups only have to register on the FoodStarupIndonesia platform on Android," he concluded. Jo
