PANGANDARAN - West Java Governor Ahmad Heryawan with other two ministers, namely Imam Muhammad Nasir and Nachrowi signed an agreement on development of Padjadjaran University campus in Pangandaran. The agreement was signed at a temporary campus of Unpad in Pangandaran, on Monday (13/3).
Kemenristekdikti is interested in developing Padjadjaran University in serving local community, while kemenpora is interested in the development of aquatic gymnasium, while the West Java provincial interest is in improving the Gross Enrolment Ratio in the number of regional students entering UNPAD.
West Java provincial government provides IDR 35 billion budget, Pangandaran Regency provides 30 ha of land for the construction of Study Program outside Unpad's Main Campus in Pangandaran.
Currently the lectures started since 2016 is using some temporary buildings, and they plan to build their own Unpad Pangandaran campuses with 5 study programs namely Communication Studies, Nursing, Fisheries, Livestock and Business Administration. (Even)
