  • Sambara (Samsat Mobile Jawa Barat) is an innovative Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) payment service for taxpayers that can be accessed anywhere and at any time.

What can be done at the Motor Vehicle Tax payment service (Sambara)?

You can access available features such as

  • Check taxes on personal vehicles and other people's vehicles.
  • PKB payments (including checking personal vehicle list, personal vehicle information, confirmation and payment status).
  • Give up ownership of motor vehicles.

What payment methods support the payment of Motor Vehicle Tax (Sambara)?

You can make motorbike tax payments through Sapawarga using the available methods such as:

What is the Sapawarga RW service?

  • A service specifically for RW Chairs in West Java so that they can share information and RW activities and convey the aspirations of local residents.

Is the RW account currently used still valid in the latest version of Sapawarga?

No, the current RW account is no longer valid and cannot be used. As a note:

  • All users, including the RW Chair, are required to register an account independently.
  • The RW account data that currently exists will be used as a basis for accepting RW account claims & RW applications (other than RW chairman's decree).

How do I log in to my Sapawarga RW account?

If you already have an account, please follow these steps:

  • Open the Sapawarga application.
  • Enter your username and password.
  • Select the Sign In button.

What should you do if you have registered for a Sapawarga account, but verification fails?

  • Please reopen the verification email within 1x24 hours. Next, copy the "Konfirmasi Akun Saya" link by right-clicking, selecting the "Copy Link Address" menu, and opening it in Google's default browser.

How do I claim a RW account?

Log in immediately and claim your RW account by:

  • Login using your RW account.
  • Click the RW Account Claim menu on the application page.
  • Upload the applicable RW chairman's decree.
