PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - West Java DPRD approved nine Draft Regional Regulations (Raperda) included in the 2024 Regional Regulation Formation Program (Propemperda), at the West Java DPRD plenary meeting.

Chairman of the West Java DPRD Brigadier Taufik Hidayat said that the West Java DPRD had received a letter from the Governor of West Java Number: 8444/HK.02.01/HUKHAM dated 11 October 2023, Subject: Proposed Draft Regional Regulations for the 2024 Regional Formation Program.

Following up on this letter, the West Java DPRD leadership has assigned the West Java DPRD Regional Regulation Formation Agency (Bapemperda) through assignment letter number 3634/HK.02.01/DPRD to discuss the letter from the governor.

"The Bapemperda of the West Java DPRD has finished holding discussions and is ready to report the results of its discussions at today's plenary meeting," said Taufik, Wednesday (15/11/2023).

Prior to the approval of the 2024 Propemperda, Bapemperda reported the results of discussions on the Draft Regional Regulation which would be included in the 2024 Propemperda. The report was delivered directly by the Chairman of Bapemperda, West Java DPRD, Achdar Sudrajat. It is known that 1 Raperda is an initiative of the West Java DPRD, while 8 Raperda are proposals from the governor.

"Thank God, we have finished carrying out our duties, discussing the 9 Draft Regional Regulations," said Achdar.

9 Draft Regional Regulations included in the 2024 Propemperda, namely the Draft Regional Regulation on Implementing Respect, Protection and Fulfillment of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Which is a Draft Regional Regulation initiated by the West Java DPRD.

8 Draft regional regulations proposed by the Governor of West Java, which are included in the 2024 Propemperda, namely;

1. Ranperda concerning the Implementation of Organic Agriculture in the West Java Province Region.
2. Ranperda concerning Amendments to West Java Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2019 concerning the General Regional Energy Plan for West Java Province for 2018-2050.
3. Ranperda concerning the Long Term Regional Development Plan for West Java Province for 2025-2045.
4. Ranperda on Investment and Ease of Doing Business in West Java.
5. Ranperda concerning the Second Amendment to West Java Provincial Regulation Number 22 of 2013 concerning the Establishment of a Regionally Owned Business Entity Managing West Java International Airport and Kertajati Aerocity.
6. Ranperda concerning the Second Amendment to West Java Provincial Regulation Number 23 of 2013 concerning Capital Participation of the West Java Provincial Government in PT. West Java International Airport.
7. Ranperda concerning Amendments to West Java Province Regional Regulation Number 12 of 2017 concerning PT. Agronesia (Regional Liability Company).
8. Draft Regional Regulation concerning Capital Inclusion of the Regional Government of West Java Province to PT. Agronesia (Perseroda).
