'Abdi Nagri Nganjang Ka Warga' Present at the West Java-Central Java Border

PORTALJABAR, CIREBON REGENCY - The flagship program of the West Java Provincial Government, Abdi Nagri Nganjang Ka Warga, 6th edition is present in the border area of West Java and Central Java. Carrying the theme "Father Kula, Meet Karo Warga", this activity was held in Pasuruan Village, Pabedilan District, Cirebon Regency, which directly borders Brebes Regency, Central Java Province.

The activity, which took place on Wednesday (7/5/2025), presented a public service festival and folk entertainment that could be enjoyed by the local community from 08.00 to 15.00 WIB.

The public gets direct access to various public services, starting from Mobile Samsat (Samling), free seed distribution, Pasleuw Digi services, to forestry information services packaged in the form of Tahura games.

Also available are consultations and payments of zakat, infak, and alms (ZIS), Charity Store from Baznas West Java, as well as consultations on zakat empowerment programs.

For people with disabilities, there are services for measuring and providing prosthetic hands and legs. The community can also take advantage of the Mobile Library Service, as well as various social services such as assistance for the elderly, children, and neglected people with disabilities, DTKS services, to information on protection and social security in response to disasters.

The program also provides information on domestic and international job vacancies, job training, and competency tests. Some of the health services that residents are interested in include mass circumcision, dental check-ups, TB screening, pregnancy examinations (USG), immunizations, mental counseling, family planning services, and counseling services for women and children.

In addition, residents also have access to population administration services, inventory of un-electrified houses, reporting of power plants up to 500 kW, and packaged car services.

Support for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is also provided through cooperative consultations, business legality such as the issuance of NIB, halal certification, HAKI, MSME certificates, as well as e-Catalog and I Literasi marketplace services.

Farmers also received assistance in the form of distributing coffee seeds, organic pesticides, and consultations on Plant Pest Organisms (OPT) in the plantation sector.

Not to be missed, there are also services for creating Learning Management System (LMS) accounts, information on financial information service systems (SLIK/BI Checking), BPJS membership registration, and educational campaigns such as the Stop Bullying movement for elementary school students. Residents were also introduced to Sapawarga, a digital public service application owned by the West Java Provincial Government.

In the evening, the public was treated to folk entertainment starting at 8:00 p.m. WIB until finished. The event was enlivened by Ceu Popon, singer Charly Van Houten, Sundanese comedian Ohang, the group EMKA 9, Wa Kancil, as well as dance performances such as the Lembur Pakuan Dance, Aryawisesa Dance, Topeng Kelana Cirebon Dance, and Sekar Baksa Creative Dance.

One of the residents of Pasuruan Village, Heni, admitted that she felt very helped by the presence of complete public services that are close to the community. She considered that the presence of this program seemed to make the West Java Provincial Government 'move' to her village.

"As a society, we certainly feel helped by the existence of these public services. So we can directly consult with the relevant agencies without having to go all the way to the government office," said Heni.

Through the Abdi Nagri Nganjang Ka Warga program, the West Java Provincial Government continues to demonstrate its commitment to providing public services that directly touch the needs of residents, even to the provincial border areas.
