PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - The Regional Secretary of West Java Province, Herman Suryatman, visited a series of activities entitled "Abdi Nagri Nganjang Ka Warga" at Bale Pakuan (Pakuan Building), Bandung City, Saturday (12/4/2025).
Herman said that the program was a breakthrough by the West Java Provincial Government together with the city and district governments and various stakeholders to bring public services closer to the community, so that they are more easily accessible.
"The West Java Provincial Government and the city and district governments are in the midst of the community providing services. There are dozens of services provided," said Herman.
Public services provided in Abdi Nagri Nganjang Ka Warga include Free Health Checks, Mobile Samsat, Passport Making, KTP Recording and IKD Activation, BPJS Health and Employment Registration/Complaints, HAKI Registration and MSME consultation, Free Animal Health Checks, Free Milk Distribution, Assistance for the Elderly and Abandoned Children, and Packaged Car Services.
In addition, there are also licensing services for fish processing eligibility certificates, Free Seeds, Ziswaf payments, Mass Circumcision, Counseling Education Services, Women and Children Family Planning Education and Consultation Services, Pregnant Women's Examination, and various other public services.
"Including disaster issues, which present educational games to socialize how we must be resilient to disasters," said Herman.
"We will carry out all services in this Nganjang Ka Warga activity. This is the first round, the tribute will later go to 27 other regencies/cities throughout West Java," he added.
Public services can be accessed by the public during the day at Bale Pakuan. Meanwhile, from 20.00-00.00 WIB, the public can watch a puppet show featuring four puppeteers at once, namely Wawan Dede Amung Sutarya, Dadan Sunandar Sunarya, Iman Cecep Supriadi, and Khanha Ade Kosasih Sunarya. Also present is the Sundanese comedian Ohang who will enliven Abdi Nagri Nganjang Ka Warga.
"Public services are provided throughout the day, then in the evening it is continued with entertainment, there is wayang golek. The entertainment is not only a show but also guidance with wayang golek art entertainment," said Herman.
"So that it can make people happy and at the same time be beneficial for the community," he added.
According to Herman, Abdi Nagri Nganjang Ka Warga will take place every Wednesday, and will be implemented as a roadshow in 27 cities and districts in West Java.
"So, Nganjang Ka Warga will be held every Wednesday in the future, this is the opening, (held) on Saturday. After that, it will go around the city and district until December. Next year, it will start again in January," he said.
"This is the West Java Provincial Government together with the city and district governments greeting residents directly. Of course this is symbolic once a week, in principle the government must provide services at all times 24 (hours) 7 (days) must be available. So this is just a trigger," he added.
