PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - Acting (Pj.) Chairperson of the West Java TP PKK Amanda Soemedi Bey Machmudin watched live the West Java All Indonesian Sports Women's Association (Perwosi) compete in the 2024 Indonesian First Lady Cup Creative Gymnastics National Competition at GOR Soemantri Brodjonegoro, Jakarta, Wednesday (17/7/2024).

The West Java Perwosi team itself was represented by Perwosi Cirebon Regency and Bandung City. In the 2024 National First Lady of the Republic of Indonesia Creative Gymnastics Competition, West Java Perwosi got the eighth turn to perform creative gymnastics acts in front of First Lady Iriana Joko Widodo.

General Chair of the Solidarity Action Organization for the Advanced Indonesian Cabinet Era (OASE KIM) Tri Tito Karnavian said that the creative gymnastics competition was taking place for the third time.

"Here we are seeing someone who will compete fully, with a spirit of sportsmanship," he said.

"This is the third time this has happened and in the end the First Lady herself is watching several of us compete today," he added.

Tri explained that the National Creative Gymnastics Competition aims to make one of the government's programs a success in making Indonesian people healthy, especially Indonesian women.

"Therefore, we hope that this activity will not only be useful for the participants but for the entire community, especially women, and ultimately will be a motivation for families to love sports," he said.

Tri hopes that the National Creative Gymnastics Competition can encourage people to exercise more diligently.

"Currently, people still like going to the mall rather than sports. Therefore, hopefully after this activity we can all promote sports together with our families so that we can become a Healthy Indonesia," he said.

"Hopefully this activity will be useful for all Indonesian people," he added.
