PORTALJABAR, BOGOR REGENCY - Bogor Regent Rudy Susmanto, accompanied by Bogor Deputy Regent Jaro Ade Ruhandi, led a meeting to discuss the 2025 APBD policy and convey the Regent's vision and mission for the Bogor Regency Government's Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD).

The meeting held in the Bogor Regent's Meeting Room on Wednesday (12/3/2025) was attended by the Regional Secretary of Bogor Regency, Head of Regional Apparatus, and the Bogor Regency TAPD Team.

Rudy Susmanto conveyed several main focuses of the government for the next five years, which will be the development priorities of Bogor Regency.

The Regent of Bogor also emphasized the importance of fulfilling the basic needs of the community, which includes three main sectors: health services, education, and accelerating infrastructure development.

On this occasion, the Regent of Bogor explained the implementation of Universal Health Coverage (UHC) which provides free health services for all people of Bogor Regency in 2026.

"We ensure that by 2026, the Bogor Regency government must have UHC. All people who have Bogor Regency ID cards will receive free health facilities and services," said Rudy.

In addition, the Regent of Bogor also highlighted the importance of the education sector. He revealed that the cost of education for public schools will be borne by the government, with the PBDB system for students who are not accepted in public schools and are registered in the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS).

"This program will start running in the 2025 APBD with a budget of around 13 billion rupiah," he said.

The Bogor Regent also revealed plans to improve the quality of health facilities in Bogor Regency. He instructed the Health Office to immediately coordinate with BPJS Kesehatan to realize health facilities that are equivalent to private hospitals in Bogor Regency, including improving IGD facilities in regional general hospitals (RSUD).

Rudy Susmanto also reminded of the importance of integrated and accurate data in planning development programs based on community needs.

"Digital village data that is directly connected to the local government will be the basis for development interventions, especially to address the problems of stunting, poverty, and unemployment," he explained.

He invited all regional apparatus to work together in developing Bogor Regency.

"Developing Bogor requires togetherness. Without it, we will not succeed," said Rudy Susmanto.

The Regent of Bogor reminded that all existing programs must continue to be implemented with the principles of efficiency and transparency.

He instructed that there be no more wasted budgets, and to ensure that every policy and program implemented truly provides benefits to the community.

According to him, the Bogor Regency Government continues to be committed to realizing sustainable development and improving community welfare through programs based on people's needs and supported by innovative and inclusive policies. (Diskominfo Kab. Bogor/Fauziah)
