PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - The Bandung Creative Hub (BCH) has become a space for the people of Bandung to develop their creativity through various free facilities. One of the most widely used facilities is the music studio, which provides a space for the community to practice and develop their musical skills.

Head of the UPTD Padepokan Seni, Creativity, and Budaya Disbudpar Kota Bandung, Luki Darmawan said, BCH provides various creative spaces that can be utilized by the community, ranging from music practice studios, exhibition spaces, co-working spaces, Digital Content Studios, recording studios, auditoriums, to dance studios.

"In the Bandung Creative Hub, there are many rooms that can be used by the people of Bandung City for free," said Luki.

The music practice studio is one of the facilities with the highest utilization rates. According to Luki, the studio has three sessions daily: 9:00–11:00, 11:00–1:00, and 1:00–3:00. This high utilization rate demonstrates the community's enthusiasm for utilizing the creative space available at BCH.

"The most sessions are in the music practice studio. So, that music room is the one most frequently used by the community," explained Luki.

In addition to the practice studio, BCH also provides a music recording studio equipped with various instruments, including drums, bass, guitar, vocals, piano, and keyboards. These facilities are free for use by Bandung residents of all ages, from children to the elderly.

The presence of these music facilities provides an opportunity for the community to practice, explore, and develop their work without the burden of studio fees. BCH also serves as a space that can bring together people with similar interests and creativity.

The use of BCH's facilities extends beyond music. Students, pupils, community groups, and the general public utilize the various spaces for assignments, exhibitions, filmmaking, screenings, and even performances.

Public enthusiasm is also evident in the high use of several other facilities. The dance studio is reportedly always busy, while the auditorium is also frequently used for various activities, especially on weekends.

Through these various facilities, BCH is expected to continue to support the growth of the creative ecosystem in Bandung City while also becoming a place for the birth of new talents.

"Hopefully, BCH will produce creative people. Perhaps BCH will give birth to young creators or new creators born here," said Luki.

With free and diverse access to facilities, Bandung Creative Hub continues to open up space for the community to learn, practice, collaborate, and produce creative works in the city of Bandung.
