PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - The Trade and Industry Service (Disdagin) held the second phase of the 2025 Cheap Bazaar. This event was officially opened on Monday, March 10, 2025 with high enthusiasm from the public.
Acting Head of the Bandung City Trade and Industry Office, Ronny Ahmad Nurudin, said that this cheap bazaar is part of the government's efforts to provide basic necessities at affordable prices, especially ahead of the holidays.
"Alhamdulillah, the weather is supportive and the residents are very enthusiastic. Thank you to the regional ranks who have helped disseminate information about this bazaar," he said.
On Monday, March 10, 2025, a cheap bazaar will take place in three sub-districts, namely Rancasari, Bandung Wetan, and Bandung Kidul. Every day, the bazaar will move to three different sub-districts until the specified time limit.
"We provide various basic necessities such as SPHP rice from Bulog, cooking oil, chicken, sugar, eggs, chilies, red and white onions, as well as various vegetables and wheat flour. This is also a moment of socialization so that people can get food at more affordable prices," added Ronny.
Ronny explained that the prices of basic necessities in the market are currently relatively stable based on monitoring in traditional markets such as Caringin and Gedebage.
"There is a spike in chili prices, but it is still fluctuating, it can go up or down every day," he said. He ensured that food stocks are safe until Eid.
There is also a price list for the 2025 Ramadan Bazaar as follows:
• Shallots = Rp. 20,000 / 0.5 Kg
• Garlic = Rp. 20,000 / 0.5 Kg
• Punokawan brand Premium Rice = Rp. 44,000 / 3 Kg
• Rizky brand Premium Cooking Oil = Rp. 16,500
• Rice Flour = Rp. 8,000 / Kg
• Country Chicken = Rp. 32,000 / Kg
• Nuggets = Rp. 10,000 / Pack
• Potatoes = IDR 17,000 / Kg
• Red Chili Pepper = Rp. 85,000 / Kg
• Red Chili = Rp. 50,000 / Kg
• Bombay = IDR 30,000 / Kg
• Dried Chili, Pounded, Candlenut = All Rp. 5,000
Heni, one of the residents who attended, said she was happy with this cheap bazaar.
"Shopping has become cheaper and the location is easily accessible. Hopefully in the future there will be more stalls and choices of goods, especially around Eid," he said.
In addition to selling basic necessities at affordable prices, this bazaar also provides business consultation services, NIB registration, and SIINAS for business actors who want to get further information regarding the legality of their business.
The second phase of the 2025 Cheap Bazaar will take place on March 10-14, 2025 at the following locations:

• Rancasari District – Rancasari District Office Yard, Jalan Santosa Asih No. 17 Bandung.
• Eastern Bandung District – Under the Pasopati Bridge RW 15.
• South Bandung District – Saptataruna Complex (PU), Rana Street, Kujangsari Subdistrict.
