PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - Acting. The Mayor of Bandung, Bambang Tirtoyuliono asked the State Civil Apparatus, members of the Community Empowerment Institution (LPM), RT and RW to become pioneers of mutual cooperation in their respective areas.

Bambang said this when directly opening the declaration of the XXl Bandung City Level Community Service Month (BBGRM) at Bandung City Hall (21/7/2024).

"Today we feel the momentum of BBGRM even more. I am ordering ASNs within the Bandung City Government, LPMs, up to sub-district level who intersect with RT and RW leaders to become pioneers," he said.

He also asked regional leaders up to sub-district level to hold consultations with residents to develop the region to the maximum.

"I invite the community to also create a spirit of mutual cooperation that can improve the prosperity of their region with the concept of Someah Hade Ka Semah (Friendly, benevolent, look after, entertain and make everyone happy)," he explained.

According to Bambang, increasing development is not only about infrastructure but also related to social, religious and community participation.

“In development it is not only infrastructure, but also social. "So that LPM can be a pioneer in empowering socially, as a result, residents can accelerate the choice of a culture of mutual cooperation," he said.

He advised that next November there will be a democratic party, namely simultaneous regional elections. For this reason, he invites all elements of society to maintain a conducive environment.

"I'm leaving a message, soon we will hold a democracy party, Pikada on November 27. Let's keep the democracy party conducive so that it provides comfort for the people," he explained. (Diskominfo Bandung City/Fauziah)
