PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - This is an inspiring story from Rainda Laras Pratiwi, owner of Beachylooks. The success story of Beachylooks' online fashion business is full of twists and turns and challenges.

Starting in 2017 when she was still a student, Rainda tried to do an online fashion business selling beach-themed outerwear. Then it was named Beachylooks because the outerwear she sold was beach-themed.

But the outdoor beach business was not as smooth as Rainda had imagined. She then tried to add products to sell, namely accessories and still beach-themed. After adding the products she sold, sales were still not running smoothly.

Rainda then attended a copywriting training organized by the Bandung City Youth and Sports Agency (Dispora) through the Cempor program. From the copywriting training for social media, Rainda thought about developing her business.

"From that training, I thought about selling dresses because it was difficult to find clothes or dresses for weddings or graduation ceremonies," he said, Saturday (5/10/2024)

Her hope is to sell her dresses differently from others. She also carries a vintage concept in the dress business that she will be involved in. Rainda also tries the knowledge she gained in this copywriting training to her new business.

"It really works. The number of followers can increase to 20-30 thousand per month," he said.

He said that the training from Cempor was one of the things that made his business grow. This copywriting training is very helpful in terms of marketing on social media.

Until now, his followers on Instagram are 672 thousand, his sales have also increased sharply.
