A total of 71 officials were appointed consisting of four High Leadership Positions, 52 Administrator Positions, and 15 Supervisory Positions.

"For those who get this promotion, it is the result of your own work and this appreciation is because we believe that those of you who get the promotion will work even better," said Bey.
"For those who get transferred, I hope this will add to your experience, new things that will essentially enrich (your experience) and be useful for your career development," Bey continued.
He also reminded the appointed officials to work well, be more detailed and need to know more things.
"For those who get a promotion, it doesn't mean you have to be more stylish, but you have to work in more detail, know what you are leading," he said.
"Knowledge must be increased, ethics must be better, and of course integrity must be more accountable," he said.
Working well is not enough, Bey explained, currently work must be more responsive, do not wait for orders from superiors, but be more proactive.
"Don't wait for orders or assignments from your superiors, but work more responsively. Face it or open your mind, open social media. Nowadays, social media is sometimes faster than mainstream media," he said.
Bey also explained that with the existence of social media today, information is easily obtained so that the response of civil servants in serving the community needs to be improved and more responsive.
"If you get (issues) from social media, immediately do what you can. If you want to report it to me, please do, I am open. If there are new things in the field that we really need to respond to immediately," he said.
In addition, Bey appealed that with the high value of bureaucratic reform of the West Java Provincial Government, it is hoped that West Java civil servants can work better than usual, and can also prove the high value they have obtained.
"Zero mistake, zero error is a principle that needs to be kept in mind in every daily (work) activity. Do innovation and it must be done immediately by everyone," said Bey.
Focus on public services
Not only that, Bey emphasized that West Java ASN must maintain neutrality in the 2024 Simultaneous Regional Elections, not get involved in practical politics and remain focused on public services.
"Don't take sides and take sides, and don't let anyone see that you are not neutral. So, in addition to being neutral, you also have to appear neutral," he said.
Bey hopes that the ASN officials who are appointed can hold their mandate well and not disappoint the public with the positions they hold.
"I think you all are the best in the West Java Provincial Government. We all want to advance West Java. Let's prove that we can work well, work together, synergize to make West Java better and become the most advanced province in Indonesia," he said.
