PORTALJABAR, DISTRICT. KARAWANG - After being inaugurated by Acting. West Java Provincial Government Regional Secretary on Friday ( 3/11/2023 ), Acting Governor of West Java Bey Machmudin inspected Karawang Square as a result of the revitalization in Karawang Regency, Saturday ( 4/11/2023 ).

During his visit this time, Bey was accompanied by Karawang Regent Cellica Nurrachadiana to see a number of facilities such as the basement and culinary area.

Karawang Square, which is right in the city center in Karawang Kulon District, is adjacent to the Grand Mosque of Sheikh Quro Karawang.

The construction of the square, which stands on an area of 4,500 square meters, has playground facilities, five pillar gates , three crescent gardens, vegetation, monuments, ponds, pedestrians, basements and culinary areas.

The budget for the revitalization of Karawang Square comes from the West Java Province APBD.

From the square, the group of the Acting Governor of West Java then inspected the health facilities and services at the Karawang District Hospital. The visit was received by Plt. Director of Karawang Parlindungan Regional Hospital.

In his review, Bey wanted to know how far the quality of service and hospital cleanliness had improved.

Considering that this hospital has the most advanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) machine facilities and cardiac catheterization services (cath lab) for the treatment of heart disease, this makes Karawang Regional Hospital one of the heart referral center hospitals in West Java.

Apart from reviewing the MRI machine and cath lab facilities, Bey also saw a number of other facilities such as the Command Center room, VVIP inpatient room, and the Karawang Woman and Child Center.
