PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - Parking for all types of vehicles at the Al Jabbar Grand Mosque (MRAJ) is temporarily free from 14 June 2024 .

The free parking fee is related to the auction process for the new manager. The old parking manager MRAJ's contract expired on June 14.

"As of June 14 2024 , the 3rd party managing MRAJ parking, namely from the Kodim cooperative, has finished their contract period, so we will make it free until there is a new manager as a result of the auction," said Dewi Sartika, Deputy Secretary of the Al Jabbar Grand Mosque DKM in Bandung City, Friday (14/6/2024).

"This is for all types of vehicles, motorbikes and cars. Even if someone picks it up, we will declare it illegal," he explained.

According to Dewi, the Saber Extortion Task Force was involved in the auction process for parking management in Al Jabbar to avoid irregularities.

"We are involving Saber Pungli in this process to oversee the entire auction process until a new vendor is selected," he added.

Dewi also revealed that the dissemination of information regarding free parking was spread across all channels owned by the West Java Provincial Government, including on the Sapawarga Super App.

"On all the channels that we have, so that everyone knows and no one uses them irresponsibly," he concluded.
