PORTALJABAR, BEKASI REGENCY - Director of Cabangbungin Regional Hospital, Dr. Erni Herdiani, strengthened the transformation of healthcare services through the BIMASAKTI 5.0 innovation to build an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based work culture at Cabangbungin Regional Hospital (June 27, 2026).

This innovation integrates employee health improvement, competency development, and integrity strengthening to provide increasingly high-quality health services to the community.

Dr. Erni Herdiani said that changing work culture is the main foundation before implementing technology comprehensively in hospitals.

"BIMASAKTI is here to develop healthy, competent, and service-oriented human resources, enabling them to provide increasingly high-quality healthcare services to the community," he said.

BIMASAKTI combines three main pillars, namely Body, Mind, and Soul which are managed through the BIMASAKTI Management System with a process of planning, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

All employee health, performance, innovation, discipline, and integrity data are processed into a performance index displayed via a digital dashboard as a basis for data-based decision-making.

The implementation of these innovations has driven improvements in various service indicators, including a Public Satisfaction Index of 91, an increase in Regional Public Service Agency revenue from IDR 1.43 billion in 2022 to IDR 15.5 billion in 2025, and an increase in the Integrity Zone Assessment score from 85.64 to 94.84.

Dr. Erni explained that BIMASAKTI's development now utilizes Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, and Decision Support Systems to accelerate analysis and develop performance improvement recommendations.

"Now the stages are more advanced. We use AI in our analysis and interventions, prioritizing the principles of effectiveness and efficiency," he explained.

According to Dr. Erni, the use of this technology helps hospitals detect problems early, prioritize employee development, and improve the quality of services to the public.

"When the body is healthy, the mind is thriving, and the soul is full of integrity, public services will improve in quality, organizations will become stronger, and public trust will continue to grow. That is the main goal we want to realize through BIMASAKTI," he concluded.
