PORTALJABAR, DISTRICT. GARUT - The Indonesian Mosque Youth Communication Agency (BKPRMI) Garut Regency held a Tabligh Akbar event commemorating Nuzulul Qur'an, at the Islamic Center Building, Garut Regency, Saturday (30/3/2024).

Regional Assistant I for Government and People's Welfare (Pemkesra) Garut Bambang Hafidz said that currently Muslims have started to enter their 19th day and some are even entering their 20th day of fasting.

He revealed that the congregation who attended would certainly prepare themselves to carry out worship in the last 10 days of Ramadan.

"Of course, this is a condition that is expected by all of us, as Muslims, how do we prepare ourselves to increase our deeds of worship, entering the pilgrimage, which of course is expected to improve our deeds of worship in the last 10 days," he said.

He said that one of the peaks of worship carried out in the month of Ramadan is the night of Laylatul Qadar. Bambang invited Muslims in Garut Regency to always invite their brothers and sisters to increase their worship and make good use of the last days of the month of Ramadan.

"And that is a challenge for all of us to invite our brothers and sisters who are more reserved about activities leading up to Eid and prepare for Itikaf, that is what we as Muslims must do," he said.

Chairman of the Garut Regency BKPRMI Regional Management Board, Ujun Junaedi, appreciated all parties who had supported the implementation of this activity. He also said, thanks to the solid support from members of the Garut Regency BKPRMI, activities like this could run well.

In this activity, the Garut Regency Regional Government (Pemdakab) provided compensation to 20 orphans studying at institutions under the auspices of the Garut Regency BKPRMI.
