BPJS Kesehatan Ensures Protection of JKN Participants During 2025 Eid Homecoming

PORTALJABAR, GARUT REGENCY - BPJS Kesehatan presents various services to ensure that National Health Insurance (JKN) participants continue to receive health protection during the 2025 Eid homecoming. These services include access to administration, information, and submission of complaints.

Non-Face to Face Service


Head of BPJS Kesehatan Garut Branch Office Dewi Fitriani, Wednesday (3/26/2025) explained, JKN participants can take advantage of non-face-to-face services that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. Some of the available channels include:

* Pandawa: Service via WhatsApp at 0811 8 165 165, operating 24 hours. However, administrative services can only be accessed at 08.00-17.00 WIB with a deadline for completion at 16.30 WIB.
* JKN Mobile Application: Makes it easier for participants to access various BPJS Health service features practically.
* BPJS Kesehatan Care Center 165: Call center service that can be accessed 24 hours at number 165.

Face to Face Service

Dewi reminded that for participants who experience problems with digital services, BPJS Kesehatan will continue to provide direct services at the nearest branch office during the joint Eid leave, namely on March 28, 2, 3, 4, and 7 April 2025, from 08.00-12.00 WIB.

JKN participants who experience illness during the homecoming trip can visit the Community Health Center or Pratama Clinic that collaborates with BPJS Kesehatan. Meanwhile, in the event of a medical emergency, all health facilities are required to provide services to JKN participants at no additional cost.

"We remind participants to always use their Population Identification Number (NIK) as their identity and ensure their JKN membership status is active," he said.
