PORTALJABAR, BOGOR REGENCY - Bogor Regent Rudy Susmanto attended a gathering with West Java Governor Dedi Mulyadi and regional heads throughout West Java to unite regional development steps at Gedung Sate, Bandung City (30/3/2025).

The meeting serves as a communication space between regional governments to align development programs and accelerate public services that are directly felt by the community.

Rudy Susmanto said the activity had strategic significance in building joint strength between regions in West Java.

He believes that good relations between regional heads facilitate coordination of development policies that impact citizen needs, such as infrastructure, basic services, and welfare.

"This gathering aims to strengthen synergy and collaboration for the advancement of the region, with the Governor of West Java and the Regional Heads and Deputy Regional Heads throughout West Java in a warm atmosphere filled with togetherness and a spirit of unity," said Rudy Susmanto.

West Java Governor Dedi Mulyadi emphasized that regional heads must present concrete ideas and address the basic needs of the community.

"As a leader elected by the people, the ideas we develop must not be merely imaginative, but must be real and address the needs of the community, such as food, housing, health, education, and jobs," said Dedi Mulyadi.

According to him, regional development must be realized through concrete steps so that the benefits can be felt directly by the community.

Dedi Mulyadi said that the government does not always need to claim development success because real changes on the ground will be felt and communicated directly by the community.

The meeting of regional heads is expected to strengthen the alignment of steps between provincial and district/city governments in implementing policies that have a direct impact on the welfare of citizens.
