PORTALJABAR, BOGOR REGENCY - Bogor Regent Rudy Susmanto officially inaugurated and took the oath of office of 3,676 Prospective Civil Servants (CPNS) and Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) for the 2024 Formation at Tegar Beriman Field, Bogor Regency, Thursday (17/4/2025).

The inauguration was also attended by the Head of the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) of the Republic of Indonesia, Zudan Arif Fakrulloh, as well as the ranks of the Bogor Regency Forkopimda.

Of the total formations inaugurated, 3,324 are PPPK and 352 are CPNS. This is the first wave of the ASN appointment process in Bogor Regency for this year.

Rudy said that the momentum of this inauguration is a new spirit for Bogor Regency in encouraging the acceleration of regional development.

"There are approximately 3,600 people inaugurated today. This is a new spirit to build Bogor Regency, which is the most populous regency in West Java and even in Indonesia," he said.

He emphasized the importance of maintaining the integrity and good name of the Bogor Regency Government (Pemdakab) on the shoulders of the newly appointed ASN.

"We wish you good luck in your duties. The most important thing is to maintain the integrity and honor of Bogor Regency. Because the good name of the Regency is in the hands of all of you," he said.

The Bogor Regency Government also received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Indonesian National Civil Service Agency for its success as one of the fastest regions in the 2024 CASN appointment process.

Head of BKN RI Zudan Arif Fakrulloh appreciated the Bogor Regency Government for accelerating the personnel administration process.

"Only 36 districts/cities in Indonesia have inaugurated CPNS and PPPK. Bogor Regency is among the fastest and we have checked from the budget side, everything is safe," he said.

He also advised all newly appointed ASN to strengthen their integrity and competence.

"Bogor Regency is a regency that feels like a province. Its population is 5.8 million. This is a great strength that must be accompanied by optimal public services," he said.

Zudan added that risk management training should be a serious concern for all local governments.

"There should be no legal risk, operational risk, or even a budget deficit that disrupts the government's reputation. ASN must avoid evil intentions and work with accountability," he said.

Please note, this first stage of inauguration will be followed by the next stage according to the procedure and availability of formations. The government also ensures that Part-Time PPPK will continue to work and have legal certainty through the provision of an Employee Identification Number, as well as the opportunity to be appointed full-time in the future.

Also present were the Deputy Head of BKN RI, Deputy Regent of Bogor, Chairman of the Bogor Regency DPRD, Regional Secretary, Heads of Regional Apparatus, and all sub-district heads throughout Bogor Regency. (Bogor Regency Communication and Information Service/UPI)
