PORTALJABAR, BOGOR REGENCY - Bogor Regent Rudy Susmanto invited the chairman and members of the Bogor Regency DPRD to directly review the operations of the Bogor Regency Command Center on Wednesday (14/5/2025). The visit was also attended by the Deputy Regent of Bogor, the Regional Secretary of Bogor Regency, and the Head of the Bogor Regency Communication and Informatics Service.

Rudy Susmanto said that the Command Center has a strategic role in handling various public complaints quickly and integrated with related regional devices. He emphasized that the main function of the Command Center is as an emergency response communication center that operates 24 hours a day.

"The function of this Command Center is to communicate with several regional apparatuses, especially in matters related to emergency events such as fallen trees, fires, the need for ambulance services, and emergency health care," explained the Bogor Regent.

Rudy Susmanto stated his commitment to continue to improve the system and services in order to be able to serve the people of Bogor Regency optimally.

"To maximize this service. Operators need to be added, and the technical team must be strengthened so that we can provide excellent service to all people of Bogor Regency," he said.

Rudy explained that the existence of the Command Center is part of the local government's efforts towards integrated digitalization of public services. He said that the Command Center in the future will be collaborated with other emergency services such as 119 from the Health Office.

"This is the first step towards village digitalization and data-based government systems. This place has actually been around for several years, we are just continuing and perfecting good programs so that the benefits are increasingly felt by the community," he concluded.

This visit also became a momentum for synergy between the executive and legislative in supporting digital transformation in Bogor Regency, in order to realize more responsive and efficient public services. (Diskominfo Kab. Bogor/rka)
