Abdusy Syakur Amin explained that improving the quality of education requires attention to various factors, especially school quality assurance which includes eight aspects that must be addressed comprehensively.

"What I envision is that we must promote good education, and many factors contribute to its success. The first, of course, is quality assurance; there are eight aspects we must address," he said.

He also highlighted school governance and the quality of teaching and non-teaching staff as crucial factors in improving education quality. He stated that prospective principals have a strategic role in promoting good school governance and ensuring that education quality indicators are met.

"You all surely know what a quality assurance system is and what the indicators of school quality are. And we must make improvements. I know one of them is governance. Who? Yes, all of you. Equally important is the issue of teaching and non-teaching staff," he said.

Through the 2026 BCKS Training, the Garut Regency Government hopes to prepare prospective school principals who are adaptive, professional, and able to bring positive changes to improve the quality of education in Garut Regency.
