PORTALJABAR, DISTRICT. GARUT - Garut Regent Rudy Gunawan inaugurated the Sucinaraja District Office building on Monday (8/1/2024). Not only did he inaugurate the building, the regent also said goodbye to the residents of Sucinaraja District because his term of leadership was coming to an end.

Rudy Gunawan expressed his struggle to realize the construction of the office, facing obstacles such as plans to build the Garut-Sukawening-Wanaraja (GSW) road which were stopped due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Even so, the Regent expressed his gratitude to all parties involved in the project.

The Regent of Garut apologized for the delay in the construction of the Sucinaraja District Office building. Rudy said that the inauguration of this building was an honor for the entire community of Sucinaraja District.

Finally, he appreciated all parties who had helped local governments in dealing with poverty in their regions.

"In addition to apologizing, I also thank TKSK (or) the District Social Welfare Team, there are PKH coordinators, people who have contributed to those who are poor today," he said.

The Head of Sucinaraja District, Yeni Damayanti, appreciated the Regent of Garut Rudy Gunawan and the Deputy Regent of Garut, Dr. Helmi Budiman, who has served Garut Regency for 10 years so that Garut Regency can achieve various awards and achievements.

"We have experienced a lot of goodness, both goodness that can be felt through development, or also outside development," he said.

He also expressed his gratitude for the development of several infrastructure, one of which is road infrastructure which has been implemented by the regional government.

"Also, allow us and the community throughout Sucinaraja to convey our prayers and hopes, hopefully in the future after completing your service, you will always be in health, protected by Allah SWT, and always in happiness," he said.
