PORTALJABAR, KARAWANG REGENCY - Karawang Regent H. Aep Syaepuloh opened the Assessment and Competency Test activities for Senior High-Level Officials in the Karawang Regency Government (Pemkab) at the Brits Hotel Karawang, Tuesday (22/4/2025). This competency assessment or assessment aims to identify the potential and competency of senior officials that are in accordance with the demands of the position.

Aep also explained that this assessment is important for evaluating potential, analyzing development potential in the position to be occupied.

In addition, he also expects cooperation from the assessment participants to dedicate themselves to serving the community. In addition, participants are asked to understand the issues that occur in Karawang Regency in order to provide solutions.

"I often say that in Karawang, no one works like Superman, we work as a super team. We must collaborate, work together, create innovations, understand current issues both in the region, nationally and especially Karawang, and must be a solution," he said.
