PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - The Bandung City Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) took action against 4 massage parlors and a liquor shop which were suspected of violating Bandung City Regional Regulations (Perda). This was obtained through an operation held by the Bandung City Satpol PP in the Bojongloa Kaler District area, Tuesday-Wednesday (25-26/6/2024)

Those who violate will undergo a trial for minor crimes at the Bojongloa Kaler District Office, Wednesday (26/6/2024).

The head of the investigative team, Henry Kusuma, revealed that four massage parlors were being prosecuted because they were found to be practicing immoral acts. The four are Miami Traditional Massage 1 (Jalan Peta), Miami Traditional Massage 2 (Jalan Peta), Exotic Healthy Massage (Jalan Jamika), and Smile Reflexy (Jalan Paasirkoja).

“Their argument is that it is part of the massage. "However, in this regulation it is immoral, a violation of regional regulations," he said.

Meanwhile, one beverage shop is suspected of violating Regional Regulation no. 11 of 2010 concerning Prohibition, Supervision and Control of Alcoholic Drinks.

“This is on Jalan Kopo. Found a liquor business location that has a sub-distributor permit but sells retail. "For this violation, we confiscated several alcoholic drinks," he said.

"We respect the permission, but because it is a violation, we are still safeguarding the evidence to be taken to court," he said.
