Bogor City --- The Bogor Regency Communication and Informatics Service (Diskominfo) continues to improve the quality of its Human Resources (HR), one of which is by holding Technical Guidance (Bimtek) on Information Technology for two days. This activity took place at the Onih Hotel, Bogor City, Thursday (7/3/2024)

Bimtek was attended by the ranks of Bogor Regency Diskominfo employees, the material studied was related to data science, cyber security and basic data programming.

Representing the Head of Service, Secretary of the Bogor Regency Diskominfo, Linda explained, this technical guidance was designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the latest developments in the three fields, namely programmers, cyber security and data analysts.

"Participants will gain practical insight, hear first-hand experiences from experienced practitioners, and get guidance on exciting career opportunities," explained Linda.

Furthermore, according to Linda, programmers as creative thinkers behind the creation of software and applications, play an integral role in working on technology to overcome current and future challenges. They are code architects who create innovative solutions for evolving needs.

“On the other hand, cyber security faces constant challenges from increasingly sophisticated cyber threats. "Cybersecurity experts not only play a role in preventing attacks, but also in detecting, responding and overcoming security risks quickly and effectively," explained Linda.

Furthermore, Linda said, data analysts play an important role in analyzing and extracting insights from data.

They are pioneers in helping organizations make data-driven decisions and develop strategies based on information gained from in-depth analysis.

“In addition, the program also places emphasis on developing the technical skills required in data analysis, managing information security, and implementing proactive security measures. "Participants will not only learn about theoretical concepts, but will also be involved in challenging practical projects to improve their skills in the real world," stressed Linda.
