PORTALJABAR, GARUT REGENCY - Head of the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Garut Regency, Nia Gania Karyana, opened affiliate marketing and content creator training in Garut City (May 4, 2026) to increase job opportunities for residents.
A total of 48 participants attended 16 days of intensive training with a focus on practical digital marketing skills.
"Affiliate marketing and content creation involve promoting our own products or those of others. If a sale is made, that person receives a bonus. That's what affiliate marketing is all about, and it's the same with digital marketing. If we can implement digital marketing or affiliate marketing, God willing, we'll succeed," said Nia Gania.
This program equips participants to be able to work or open an independent business in the digital sector.
Head of the Training and Productivity Division of the Garut Regency Manpower and Transmigration Office, Tita Puspita, said that this training increases the competence and productivity of job seekers.
"This training is designed to prepare individuals to be ready to work or become entrepreneurs independently," said Tita.
Business representatives hope that the training results will be able to revive economic activity in local trade centers.
