PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - West Java Province Regional Secretary Herman Suryatman is committed to encouraging digital transformation within the West Java Province Regional Government.

According to Herman, digitalization is a tool to provide the best service to the community, while also having an impact on the welfare of the people of West Java.

"As the Acting Governor (Bey Machmudin) hopes, digitalization must have an impact on the welfare of the people of West Java. Poverty must go down, unemployment goes down, stunting goes down, and digital is the tool," said Herman after meeting the JDS Team at the West Java Command Center, Bandung City , Saturday (6/4/2024).

Based on usefulness, especially in public services, Herman is optimistic that West Java Digital Province or West Java as a digital province will be realized in the near future.

Of the various achievements in the digital sector that West Java has achieved so far, Herman emphasized not to quickly become satisfied. So, the quality of digital public services needs to be maintained until the quality is improved.

"That's why we continue to improve the quality of digital transformation in West Java, especially to improve public services which are all summarized in the Sapawarga SuperApps," said Herman.
