PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - The Bandung City DPRD submitted a number of recommendations from the Bandung Mayor's Accountability Information Report (LKPJ) for the 2023 fiscal year. There are 138 main recommendations that have been prepared, with additional details of 47 recommendations.

These recommendations were submitted at the 5th Plenary Meeting for the III Session Period of the 5th Session Year 2023-2024 at the Bandung City DPRD Building (22/5/2024).

Chairman of the Bandung City DPRD, Tedy Rusmawan said, in accordance with the provisions of Article 20 of Government Regulation Number 13 of 2019 concerning Reports and Evaluation of Regional Government Implementation, the Bandung Mayor's Accountability Information Report (LKPJ) for the 2023 Fiscal Year has been discussed and drafted recommendations by the committee. special (Special Committee) 1 of 2024 Bandung City DPRD.

"Recommendations for the 2023 Bandung Mayor's Accountability Report have received approval at the Bandung City DPRD Plenary Meeting," said Tedy.

Tedy conveyed that 138 main recommendations had been prepared, with additional details of 47 recommendations.

The recommendation for the Mayor's LKPJ is based on the mandate of statutory regulations and based on the intention to improve the implementation of development and government administration.

"These recommendations aim to increase economic growth, create job opportunities, alleviate poverty and preserve the environment, as well as encourage the creation of good governance," said Tedy during the Plenary Meeting.

Tedy also emphasized the importance of a joint commitment from the Bandung City Government in implementing recommendations to achieve the vision and mission of the City of Bandung.

"All the strategic notes and recommendations provided will be meaningless and useful if there is no commitment from the mayor and his staff to make follow-up efforts," he said

Tedy also hopes that the results of this recommendation can be a driving force for the creation of prosperity in the city of Bandung.
