PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - West Java Genre Mother Amanda Soemedi advised young participants in the 2024 West Java Genre Ambassador Appreciation event to become creative, active, and characterful individuals so that they can bring positive change wherever they go.

"You are the golden generation of the nation, carrying high spirits to bring positive change," said Amanda when opening the Grand Final of the 2024 West Java Genre Ambassador Appreciation at the Harris Hotel & Conventions Festival Citylink Bandung, Saturday (7/9/2024).

The theme of the 2024 West Java Genre Ambassador Appreciation is 'CGV: Cinema of GenRe's Victories'. According to Amanda, the theme that was echoed was very appropriate because the Genre Ambassador finalists from all regions had made contributions that had an impact towards goodness.

"You all have become stars in everyday life. You have shown a generation of Indonesian teenagers who are smart, active, and have character," he said.

Amanda hopes that the Genre Ambassadors representing 27 districts and cities can stimulate other teenagers to dare to create works.

"I feel proud and touched that you are an inspiration for other teenagers to dare to dream. Show your abilities, be a source of pride for your family, school and all your supporters," said Amanda.

Deputy for Family Welfare and Family Empowerment of the National Population and Family Planning Agency Novian Andusti said that the Duta Genre event is one of the supporters of the future of Indonesia Emas 2045.

"You are the future of Golden Indonesia 2045. You will become the future parents who will give birth to the next golden generations," said Novian.

Therefore, Novian advised to stay away from negative things such as narcotics and illegal drugs.

"As Genre Ambassadors, you have to convey the dangers of drugs," he concluded.
