PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - The Mayor of Bandung, Muhammad Farhan will optimize the Bandung Creative Hub (BCH) for creative business incubation.

This is an effort by the Bandung City Government to advance Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bandung City.

This was stated by Farhan on the sidelines of witnessing the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding for the MSME Development Program and Banking Service Products between Sarinah and bjb, at de Braga by Artotel (21/3/2025).

"BCH can be used, collaborating with Sarinah and bjb. This is a place for branding incubation and creative business ventures for MSMEs in Bandung," he said.

"The potential of Bandung City in the development of MSMEs is very rapid, starting from fashion to culinary as a driver of the industry as a whole," he said.

As a form of collaboration, Farhan continued, he will collaborate with the Bandung City Regional National Craft Council (Dekranasda).

"Dekranasda functions as incubation and curation. So that Sarinah Dekranasda can be collaborated to provide significant results," he said.

Meanwhile, Commercial Director of PT. Sarinah, Selfie Dewiyanti said, Sarinah continues to strive to contribute to embracing MSMEs in every region.

"Sarinah is one of the retail managers at Whoosh, Halim, Padalarang and Tegal Luar stations. We are trying to continue to develop this to advance MSMEs," he said.

In the same place, the Head of the Institutional & Wholesale Banking Division of bjb, Isa Anwari, said that the cooperation carried out was a form of collaboration as support to realize Bandung Utama.
