PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - A total of 18 tofu culinary MSME actors showed off their creations at the All About Tofu Culinary Festival at Cihampelas Walk. Taking place on 2-7 July 2024. This activity is part of the Industrial Center Festival.

Based on the monitoring of Bandung City Public Relations, the third day of the All About Tofu Culinary Festival presented a variety of new innovations in the food ingredient tofu. Starting from mochi to donuts made from tofu.

Not only that, the turnover of the All About Tahu Culinary Festival is also reported to have increased compared to last year's event. When confirmed, Bandung City Trade and Industry Service (Disdagin) Sub-Coordinator for Industrial Center Planning (Disdagin) said that this activity provided a large turnover for MSMEs.

"Individually, the report we received was that one tenant earned around IDR 2.5 million - IDR 4.5 million per day. However, we will check the final results on the last day of the event," said Rina, Thursday (4/7/2024 ).

He also said that this activity was support for the Industrial Center Festival, which featured dozens of Bandung City MSME products.

"This activity is as support. Because we have a tofu center. We want to increase their turnover with innovation. So that tofu is not only fried, but still tastes delicious," he said.

Head of the Industrial Planning and Development Division of the Bandung City Disdagin, Galih Praasih, hopes that this activity will be able to improve the tofu centers and culinary business actors fostered by the Bandung City Government.

Participants who take part in this event have been previously curated by the Bandung City Disdagin. There were as many as 60 business actors who took part in the curation.

"We raised this theme because as a coach, there is a Cibuntu Tofu Center, there is also coffee," he said.
