PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - Behind a strong leader, there is always a companion who is no less great. Fitriana Dewi, or familiarly called Teh Mpit, is not just the wife of H. Erwin, SE, M.Pd, Deputy Mayor of Bandung 2025–2030.
She is a woman with high dedication in women's empowerment, family welfare, and the social world.
Since the beginning of their marriage, Teh Mpit has been actively involved in supporting Kang Erwin's political and social struggles. She is not only a loyal companion, but also a driver of various programs that have a direct impact on society, especially women and families.
Born in Bandung on November 30, 1990, Teh Mpit grew up in an environment that upholds education and independence.
He studied at:

Since childhood, he has been accustomed to working hard and has a strong determination to continue learning and developing.
When Kang Erwin served as RW Chair for three terms, Teh Mpit was active in PKK, an organization that focuses on women's empowerment and family welfare.
This experience made her increasingly understand the importance of women's roles in building better families and communities.
Her dedication continued to grow when she was trusted as Public Relations at the Association of Wives of Council Members (IKIAD).
Her role in this organization further strengthens her commitment to fighting for women's rights in various aspects of life.
As the Advisor of Muslimat NU of Bandung City, a member of FKPPI, and a member of IKIAD of Bandung City (2019–2024), Teh Mpit continues to show her concern for social issues, especially those related to women, families, and children's education.
In addition to being active in the social world, Teh Mpit is also an entrepreneur in the field of beauty and make-up. She is the owner of Safa Laviena Wedding Gallery, a business that not only focuses on bridal make-up but also serves as a place for women who want to learn and develop skills in the world of beauty and fashion.
Kang Erwin's political journey cannot be separated from the support and big role of Teh Mpit. When Kang Erwin served as a Member of the Bandung City DPRD (2019–2024), he faithfully accompanied and was active in various community activities.
The peak of this family's struggle occurred in 2024, when Kang Erwin was elected as Deputy Mayor of Bandung. For Teh Mpit, this victory was not just a political achievement, but also a great mandate that must be carried out together.
A Mother and Inspiration for the Family
In addition to being a public figure, Teh Mpit is a mother of six children. For her, family is the main foundation in life.
He ensured that his children received the best education, especially in religious values, by sending them to the best Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia.

- Muhammad Syahlevi Erwin Apandi – Alumni of Gontor Modern Islamic Boarding School, now studying at UIN Bandung and Pasundan University, and a member of the Bandung City DPRD.
- Muhammad Syahlutfi Erwin Apandi – Alumni of Pondok Modern Gontor, now an entrepreneur and owner of Snaptation Studio.
- Syifa Ramadhani Erwin Apandi – Integrated Modern Quranic Boarding School for Quran Memorizers.
- Safa Laviena Erwin Apandi – Assalam Elementary School.

For Teh Mpit, religious education is the main foundation in shaping the character of his children so that they grow into a generation that is knowledgeable, has morals and is ready to lead the future.
As the wife of the Deputy Mayor, she is determined to support programs for the empowerment of women, families, and community welfare.
"I believe that women have a big role in building the city and the nation. I want Bandung City to be a place where women can be more independent, empowered, and prosperous," she said.
