In his speech, Bey congratulated Bogor Regency on its anniversary. On this anniversary, he hopes to provide new energy and enthusiasm for the development and welfare of society.

"Happy 542nd Birthday Bogor Regency, I hope the people will become more developed and prosperous," said Bey.

Bey said that the theme carried in this commemoration was "Babarengan, Akur dan Prosperous", which has a deep meaning, confirming a shared commitment to work together to achieve mutual prosperity.

"The spirit of mutual cooperation and kinship that is highly upheld by the people of Bogor Regency is the main driver in maintaining harmony and accelerating the development of this area," said Bey.

The West Java Provincial Government continues to be committed to efforts to progress Bogor Regency. He said that various development programs would continue to be implemented.

"Such as infrastructure development, improving the quality of education, health and developing the people's economy," he said.

"Synergy and collaboration from all parties is the key to this success," he added.

Bey also said that he was committed to West Java New Student Registration (PPDB) being the best in Indonesia.

He emphasized that the 2024 West Java PPDB was implemented in accordance with applicable regulations.

"Today we are starting the PPDB. The West Java Provincial Government is committed that this year we will carry it out transparently and with integrity according to the rules," he stressed.

Bey confirmed that this year's PPDB will not entrust seats or buy and sell seats for students.

He hopes that parents will not force their children to enter state schools.

"To parents, don't force your children to go to school in the country. If they don't accept it, don't force them using bad methods," he said.

He emphasized that if there is fraud, dismissal sanctions can be imposed on the person who commits it.

Bey also asked that if fraud is found, the public can immediately report it via the Sapawarga application.

"PPDB must comply with the rules. We have asked for the signing of an integrity pact from the level of the Head of the Education Service to the operator. The highest sanction could be dismissal," said Bey.
