PORTALJABAR, BOGOR CITY - Deputy Governor of West Java Erwan Setiawan said that synergy between the government and the community is the main capital for regional development.

This was stated by Deputy Governor Erwan after attending the Plenary Meeting for the 544th Anniversary of Bogor City at the Bogor City DPRD Building, Wednesday (3/6/2026).

"No matter how good a government program is, it won't run optimally without public support. Therefore, collaboration and togetherness are key to regional development," said Erwan.

He assessed that Bogor City currently demonstrates good synergy between the Mayor, the Bogor City Government, the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD), and the community. This solidarity, he continued, is reflected in various development indicators and achievements that demonstrate a positive trend for Bogor City's progress.

On the occasion of Bogor City's 544th anniversary, Erwan hopes that all elements of society and government will continue to maintain the spirit of togetherness and strengthen collaboration to face various development challenges in the future.

Closing his statement, the Deputy Governor of West Java conveyed his congratulations to all the people of Bogor City and hoped that the city would continue to develop into an increasingly advanced, comfortable, and prosperous area.

"Happy 544th Anniversary to the City of Bogor. May the city continue to improve and provide benefits to all its residents," he concluded.
