PORTALJABAR, DISTRICT. SUMEDANG - West Java Regional Secretary Herman Suryatman officially holds the title of doctor of Government Science after graduating at the Postgraduate School of the Institute of Internal Government (IPDN) Jatinangor campus, Sumedang Regency, Monday (29/7/2024).

Herman graduated on May 29 2024 at the IPDN Cilandak campus, successfully defending his dissertation entitled 'Scenario Planning for the Implementation of E-Government in Sumedang Regency' using the Electronic-Based Government System Acceleration Strategy approach towards World Class Regional Government in 2030.'

Herman got a very satisfactory score.

Herman took part in the solemn graduation procession starting from 08.00 - 11.00 WIB.

After the graduation process is complete, Herman is committed to implementing the knowledge he has achieved in leading the bureaucracy and assisting the Acting Governor in making decisions and making policies.

"How can the knowledge gained be applied to provide benefits to society," said Herman Suryatman.

Herman hopes that his knowledge can bring prosperity to society.

"The best of us are those who provide benefits to the community. Hopefully with a little additional government knowledge we can significantly improve the welfare of the community through policy," he said.

The graduation procession was attended by the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Tito Karnavian.
