PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - West Java Regional Secretary Herman Suryatman hopes that the newly formed West Java Regional Education Consortium will prepare a strategy to produce superior and quality human resources towards Golden Indonesia 2045.
"Our country will become a developed country in the next 20 years, Golden Indonesia 2045, we must prepare from today, including in West Java," said Herman Suryatman while giving a briefing at the Coordination Meeting for the Establishment of the West Java Provincial Regional Education Consortium at El Hotel, Bandung City, Wednesday ( 11/9/2024 ).
Herman emphasized that the West Java Provincial Government is committed to being at the forefront in accelerating Indonesia Emas 2045, one of which is by partnering with the Regional Education Consortium at both the provincial and district and city levels.
The Regional Education Consortium itself consists of various educational elements, ranging from teacher associations to driving teachers to collaborate to overcome various educational problems.
"Our hope, the Acting Governor's hope, is that West Java is at the forefront in accelerating the grand vision of Golden Indonesia 2045, the key is in education," said Herman.
According to Herman, if education is managed well, the next generation will be ready to become the main actors of development.
"It is very difficult for us to realize Golden Indonesia if it is not supported by adequate human resources, again education is the key word," he said.
Therefore, Herman hopes that the Education Consortium can function as a catalyst and media for exchanging ideas and visions in forming appropriate learning patterns.
"We are committed to building the Education Consortium as a medium for sharing, sitting together," said Herman.
"Sundanese people say 'mah' to 'ngadu bako' to talk about education," he added.
