PORTALJABAR, DISTRICT. CIREBON - Acting Governor of West Java Bey Machmudin is committed to continuing to support the progress of Cirebon Regency.

So far, the Regional Government of West Java Province has rolled out various programs and will continue to implement them, such as infrastructure development, improving the quality of education and health and developing the people's economy.

This was what Bey said during the Special Plenary Meeting of the Cirebon Regency DPRD on the occasion of its 542nd anniversary at the Cirebon Regency DPRD building, Tuesday (2/4/2024).

"The West Java Provincial Government will certainly continue to be committed to supporting the progress of Cirebon Regency," he said.

Bey continued, Cirebon Regency, which was founded on April 2, 1482, has a long history and is rich in cultural values.

The easternmost area of West Java is full of charm, from culinary tourism, natural tourism, art to batik.

"It's not surprising that many people miss Cirebon Regency, including myself, many memories have been created here," said Bey, who is a son of Cirebon.

This is in accordance with the theme of the 542nd anniversary of Cirebon Regency, namely Cirebon Sun Kelangon or Cirebon, I really miss it, which has a very deep meaning.

According to Bey, this theme is an incentive to continue to miss Cirebon and dedicate his best to the progress of this region.
