PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - Acting (Pj.) Governor of West Java Bey Machmudin became the instructor for the morning assembly of the Regional Secretariat (Setda) and the West Java Provincial BPKAD at Gedung Sate, Bandung City, Monday (4/11/2024).

In the roll call, Bey together with the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) declared ASN Neutrality in the 2024 West Java Simultaneous Regional Elections.

In addition, Bey also handed over the Retirement Decree, Award Certificate, Old Age Savings, and Electronic ID Card for ASN who entered retirement. Not only that, Bey also symbolically pinned the Extraordinary Rank increase to ASN in the West Java Provincial Government Environment.

"First, I would like to congratulate you, ladies and gentlemen, who have received extraordinary promotions, and also received a Pension Decree, Award Certificate, Old Age Savings, and also a symbolic Electronic KTP for civil servants who are entering retirement," he said.

Bey said that retirement is not the end of service. There are many things and ways that can be done to support the development of West Java. One of them is contributing to handling the waste problem by sorting it.

"Fathers and mothers, don't forget to exercise because exercise is important and at least 30 minutes a day and once every five days. Because exercise also reduces our chances of being hospitalized," he said.

"So please pay attention, don't skip exercise, and we know the food in West Java is delicious, but still maintain your intake and exercise regularly," he added.
