WEST JAVA - Ahead of the final match of the 2025-2026 BRI Super League season between Persib Bandung who will host Persijap Jepara on Saturday (23/5/2026) at the Gelora Bandung Lautan Api Stadium (GBLA), the Deputy Governor of West Java (Wagub Jabar), Erwan Setiawan appealed to the public and Bobotoh to maintain a conducive situation so that the championship title can be achieved.

Bobotoh are welcome to come to GBLA and support Persib. However, the Deputy Governor reminded them to protect themselves and their reputation. Demonstrate maturity by avoiding actions that could harm themselves or the club.

Furthermore, the Deputy Governor continued, "When in the stadium, please refrain from lighting firecrackers or flares. This is extremely dangerous to yourself and others and could result in sanctions for the club."

While in the stadium, Bobotoh are prohibited from going onto the field, as they could disrupt the game and endanger themselves and others. Such actions could also result in sanctions for the club.

"We hope that the final match of the 2025-2026 Super League season between Persib Bandung and Persijap Jepara at GBLA will run smoothly, successfully without any complications, and God willing, Persib will win," said West Java Deputy Governor Erwan Setiawan after a coordination meeting with various stakeholders at Gedung Sate on Tuesday (May 19, 2026).

The meeting was led by the Deputy Governor of West Java and involved a number of related parties such as PT Persib Bandung Bermartabat (PBB), elements of the TNI, Polri, Transportation Agency, Satpol PP, Environmental Agency, Health Agency and others.

Furthermore, Deputy Governor Erwan also warned the public and Bobotoh who do not have tickets not to force themselves to come to the stadium.

"If you celebrate a victory, do so with respect. Let's celebrate Persib's victory with gratitude and sportsmanship. Give the team and players space with positive appreciation," he said.
