PORTALJABAR, BOGOR CITY - Deputy Mayor of Bogor, Jenal Mutaqin, accompanied the Minister of Culture, Fadli Zon, to open the 2025 Creative Works of Youth Aesthetic Space (REKKAM) Art Festival which took place at Bogor City Square, Saturday (25/10/2025).

Fadli Zon and Jenal Mutaqin expressed their appreciation for the REKKAM Art Festival, which is now in its eighth year. This year's festival carries the theme "Suluh ka Sukma, Tentrem ka Jiwa, Bagja ka Bumi" and runs for two days, October 25–26, 2025.

Jenal Mutaqin emphasized that culture is an important identity that must be jointly maintained by all elements of society.

To make this happen, he emphasized the importance of strong synergy and solid relationships through intense and ongoing communication.

"God willing, through today's momentum, we will forge a shared commitment. The Bogor City Government is ready to collaborate and uphold culture. Hopefully, today's efforts will continue," said Jenal Mutaqin.

In his remarks, Minister of Culture, Fadli Zon, expressed his full support for the implementation of the REKKAM Art Festival 2025. He hopes this activity will be able to build a healthy and sustainable cultural ecosystem.

"We strongly support community-led activities. Cultural progress doesn't come from the top down, but rather the other way around. We hope this activity will grow, and we will support it in a longer-term plan, discussing it with artists and cultural figures in Bogor City so that the cultural ecosystem can grow, develop, and be sustainable," said Fadli Zon.
