PORTALJABAR, DISTRICT. BOGOR - The Bogor Regency Regional Government (Pemdakab) is committed to encouraging and advancing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by launching the MSME Upgrade program at the peak of Bogor's 542nd Anniversary celebration.

Acting (Pj.) Bogor Regent Asmawa Tosepu accompanied by Acting. Head of the Bogor Regency Family Welfare Empowerment Team, Siti Choimzah Asmawa, immediately inaugurated the program at Pakansari Stadium, Saturday (8/6/2024)

Asmawa Tosepu hopes that through the launch of Class Up MSMEs it can become a means to increase people's love for original or local products from Bogor Regency.

Meanwhile, Head of the Bogor Regency Cooperatives and SMEs Service, Iman Wahyu Budiana, said that his party always accommodates Bogor Regency MSMEs to be able to move up in class, one of which is through support for optimizing guidance in marketing their products.

"Our support is through coaching such as training related to licensing, packaging and marketing. "Hopefully the Bogor Regency MSMEs can continue to develop and be able to take part in various big events, not only today but also at other broader moments," explained Iman.

Apart from that, one of the UMKM Upgrade participants, Nenny Craft, expressed her appreciation for the launch of the UMKM Upgrade program because it really helps business people in promoting products and developing their businesses.
