PORTALJABAR, BOGOR CITY - The West Java Provincial Government through the Tourism and Culture Office (Disparbud) in collaboration with PT Telkom Indonesia held an Onboarding program for Creative Economy Actors (Ekraf) to the Digital Market (PaDi) for MSMEs in the Greater Bogor Region at the PT Telkom Bogor Office (10/15/2025).

This program aims to improve the understanding and skills of creative economy actors in utilizing digital technology for marketing, transactions, and promotions. Through this activity, creative economy actors are expected to expand their business reach and build a strong creative economy ecosystem with government and industry partners.

Head of the West Java Province Tourism and Culture Office (Kadisparbud), Iendra Sofyan, said that the strength of the creative economy lies in the diversity of ideas and the ability to adapt to changing times. The success of a product depends not only on creativity but also on broad and sustainable market access.

"This activity is expected to bridge collaboration between creative businesses, the government, and industry partners in strengthening an inclusive and competitive creative economy ecosystem," he said.

The workshop was attended by 50 curated creative economy actors from the Greater Bogor area. Participants received materials and guidance from Pandu Giandisal (Digital Marketing Operations, Telkom Witel Bogor) and Christina Dessyana (SME Growth Management, PaDi UMKM).

Iendra added that this activity is in line with the West Java Provincial Government's commitment to encouraging the digitalization of the creative economy sector. He hopes that this activity is not merely ceremonial, but a real step in building digital transformation for creative economy actors in West Java.

The event was also attended by Firdaus, Head of the Bogor City Tourism and Culture Office, and Dode Suparman, General Manager of PT Telkom's West Priangan Tourism Area. The PaDi workshop also served as a means of supporting the program to increase the use of domestic products (P3DN), while expanding market access and the network of industrial partners. (pun)
